Ferhan Osseili, Strategy & Governance Specialist

I advise on and steer complex projects.

For me, only initiatives that create real value endure. Yet this very added value too often gets lost along the way in the daily project routine.

My ambition is therefore to identify and define this benefit clearly at the very start, then carry it consistently through every phase of the project. Defending this core against every form of resistance during execution and seeing it through to the goal is my strength.

Projects rarely fail due to complexity. They fail due to decisions that are poorly prepared or stakeholders who are not picked up where they stand.
