I advise management teams and steer complex projects.

Only ventures that create real value endure. My aim is to identify and define that value clearly at the very start, then carry it consistently through every phase of the project.

Defending that core during implementation and seeing it through to the end is my strength.

Projects rarely fail due to complexity. They fail due to decisions that are poorly prepared, or stakeholders who aren’t met where they are.

Complicated tasks can be solved with expertise and clear processes. Complex undertakings, not always: their factors change constantly, cause and effect are not reliably predictable, and workable solutions only emerge along the way. dbco. works in an agile way, in short, verifiable steps, with room for quick course corrections, and starts precisely where standard processes reach their limits.

dbco. was founded in 2024 by Ferhan Osseili, born in Berlin, with international experience in operational and strategic leadership, in building organisations and digital platforms, and a legal education focused on international law.

As a boutique based in Zurich, dbco. supports ambitious startups, SMEs and NGOs in building and scaling durable structures, in steering projects and in positioning their communications. Where undertakings call for additional depth, dbco. works within a network of law firms, IT providers and IT security specialists.
